1- The handing over of keys must occur at the Cabinet Fütterer office (see address overleaf).
2- Arrivals are between 3.30pm - 6.00pm. In the case of a late arrival, the tenant must give the renter notice in order to fix another appointment to hand over the keys which may be postponed until the next opening day of the office.
3- The tenant agrees to take possession of the lodging as is written in the contract and to pay the entire amount as agreed in the contract. If the tenant refuses to pay, the renter is entitled to rent out the lodging again.
4- Household linen (sheets, towels, dishcloths) must be brought by the tenant who undertakes the use of the bedding with only appropriate linen in order to keep the mattresses clean
5- In general, the swimming pools are opened from 15.06 - 15.09.
6- The tenant agrees to look after the lodging and to return it clean on the day of departure. If you choose to have the house clean by ourselves this does not include washing the dishes, cleaning the dishwasher, hot plates, oven, fridge, and other electrical appliances: these appliances must be clean by the tenant otherwise you risk paying a supplement.
7- Animals are only allowed if the renter has previously agreed (supplement 10 € per week)
8- The lodging can only be rented out by the number of people stipulated in the contract. If the lodging is occupied by more than is stipulated in the contract, the renter is entitled to compensation proportional to the number of people in the lodging for the due period. Any person occupying the lodging who is not stipulated in the contract must leave the lodging immediately.
9- The tenant agrees that if there is any damage or breakages caused they will do their utmost to repair all damage.
10- The renter is not responsible for the breakages and damage caused in the lodging. He will do his utmost to repair them as quickly as possible.
11- The tenant is responsible for damage or breakages caused by himself or by a third party during his stay and will pay for all necessary repairs.
12- The tenant agrees to respect the rules and regulations of the residence.
13- In the case of a lost key (s), all locks in the lodging will need to be replaced. This is at the charge of the tenant.
14- The contract can only be broken in writing. If the tenant wishes to break the contract the renter will be paid compensation: a) Up until 61 days before the rental date: 20% of the holiday rental b) Up until 35 days before the rental date: 50% of the holiday rental c) Up until 10 days before the rental date: 80% of the holiday rental d) Less than 10 days before the rental date: 95% of the holiday rental In addition to the compensation due, the tenant will pay 3% of the holiday rental if cancellation holiday insurance has been taken out.
15- If the tenant does not take possession of the lodging and has not previously broken the contract, he must nevertheless pay the totality of the rental.
16- For you own safety, we purpose cancellation holiday insurance which will cover you in the case of a cancellation that is justified. Please find enclosed the conditions of this policy.
17- For rentals during the low season and monthly rentals the electricity is not included in the holiday rental price and is therefore invoiced separately.
18- The rental comes into effect only once the deposit has been paid and you have received written confirmation from our office.
19- Any claim regarding the contract must be sent in writing and will only be acceptable 8 days after the end of the stay date.
20- In the case of litigation, only the tribunals located in the renter's jurisdiction will be suitable.
21- Most of our lodgings are situated near woodlands, you may therefore come across spiders, ants, flies, or other similar insects. The amount of these insects depends on the weather. The renter is not responsible for any problems regarding these insects. |
